UCI's parent company, UCI Corporation Co., Ltd., was founded in February 2001 by the industrious couple Mrs. Panadda Raksakaeo and Mr. Chatuporn Raksakaeo, with a registered capital of 2M Baht, initially operating with a small team handling all aspects of the business. In its early years, UCI established itself as an authorized dealer for Motorola Solutions, offering high-quality radio transceivers, integration solutions, turnkey design, rentals, installations, and maintenance services. Over time, the company has increased its registered capital to 100M Baht, as it expanded its scope to include representation and distribution of a wider array of world-class products, encompassing tactical telecommunications, equipment, surveillance systems, industrial goods, and more, serving the Royal Thai Government and private entities. To support its growth, UCI Group established affiliated companies, creating job opportunities and boosting sales revenue to benefit employees and the community. The UCI Group of companies collaborates closely, ensuring mutual support and advancement for all involved.
